This review is for the new one that opened on Pennsylvania Ave. we went expectantly but were so disappointed! We were seated very responsively however after that our experience went sour. Unbeknownst to us this was their 2nd day at this site, so there were some notable diners in the place. All attention reception and service went to those guests. For the rest of us, the waiter didn’t seem too happy to be serving our group of 8. We asked if there was anything we could order for our 5 year old and the response was well anything on the menu. We asked them to customize our spice levels and the waiter responded they can’t do that because it’ll affect the entire dish. We ordered our meals and the chicken tikka dish didn’t literally come after an hour of waiting. We told them we didn’t want that dish and then they offered it for free to which we declined. There seemed to be some notable folks dining that took the attention of the owners, waiters, and management but they left the rest of us feeling absolutely of no value and I will never dine here again. As for the taste of the food, my 5 year old enjoyed it because of the absolute blandness. As Indian food goes, it wasn’t authentic to the flavors we expected the dishes to have at all!

Good Indian chaat, much needed in this area! It's Fun place to eat. We were there for brunch. Food is delicious. Service can be improved.

The food seemed to be overrated and overpriced (because of the location). It is surely authentic Indian cuisine. However, neither exquisite in taste and definitely not unique.

I was in a party of 3 and we had no trouble getting seated at 9pm on a weekday. However, after that we waited awhile before anyone came to us and announced they were our server and were going to bring us back water. It must've been 10-15 mins after we sat down that we actually had anything to drink. We ordered several dishes to eat family style and most of them came out on time. One of our dishes didn't come out until 10-15 minutes after we had finished all the other food, even though we ordered it all at the same time. Sometimes these things happen, I get it, but my experience could've been better.

Really good, authentic Indian food. The portions are a bit small so remember to order an extra dish or two. Service could be a bit better.

Nice takeoff from traditional Indian restaurants. Food is spicy tasty and creative!
