I emailed them and they emailed back instructions and fees in a couple of hours. I disregarded their instruction to send passport with tracking service. I called 1 week after sending it in and they could not find it in the computer as being processed. I was transferred to a man in charge of paper applications, and he could not find it. About an hour later, he had located it and called me back. As I had explained my flight was scheduled for Tuesday and this was on a Friday he offered to send it Fed Ex overnight. He finished processing my visa and provided me the tracking number through text from what I assume was his personal phone. The processing of the visa and his purchasing the FedEx service all occurred after their posted hours on a Friday. I believe this man stayed an hour late on a Friday to ensure I could go on my trip. I could not be more appreciative! The previous experience I had was I mailed in my passport with tracking and received it back stamped exactly 1 week later.
My calls were never answered and there is not a way to leave a message.
Horrible service. On their website, they said I need to send them a money order for passport processing fee WIHOUT MENTIONING HOW MUCH IS THE FEE. I LOOK ALL OVER THEIR WEBSITE AND CAN'T FIND THE FEE AMOUNT ANYWHERE. None of my phone calls were answered neither was my email (I even tried different department within the embassy and no one picked up...what kind of embassy is this). When i finally got a hold of them after 3 weeks, they said they delay my processing because the money order amount I sent was not enough. WELL THEN PUT YOUR FREAKING FEE ON YOUR WEBSITE OR ANSWER YOUR PHONE/EMAIL. These people should be ashame of themselves

Super fast service! Response to email promptly and phone promptly! VERY fast service! Got my visa back in a week. The visa was well made and very professional! TOP notch service for sure. This is the fastest service that I ever received any where else, especially knowing that at the Embassy they have many applicants to work on. Tuan helped me and went beyond and above. I'm so glad I finally got my passport back. I followed directions from their website and sent the required documents in and waited 3 weeks, nothing happened. I worried that I will lose my passport. I called many times, no one answered. I spent so much time to search to find out what is wrong. They finally answered my email and told me to send extra money. They told online the fees is $10 but it's actually $70. My suggestions is to go through the agency. I thought I save money but I actually paid more and spent so much time to study and worrying. What a lesson to learn. If you need to contact them, just by email. I surprised they answered email so quickly, so I go my visa for 2 years instead of 5 years.
I finally got someone after several days of trying. I was inquiring about the status of my VISA application after I sent it and waiting for over 3 weeks. The girl who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. I asked for her name and she refused to give her name saying "You don't need to know my name" and promptly transferred my call to someone else to not allow me to talk to her.
I will not go back to these people again.
