It takes forever for them to answer their phone, Never reapond back to e.mails, My sister missed her flight to Jordan because of one of the employees there who promised to help while w're waiting at the airprort for her to call or e.mail us back, When we called back she was HOME already !!
Worst experience ever, they do not take any calls. Only 4 hours open, but they do not want to help anybody. They do not care about people at all.
These are the representatives of Jordan... What a shame !

The only people talk to you and serve you well after business hours is the jordanian team in W-DC , police doesn't respond with solutions after business HOURS in the usa or any where else!!! till 9:00 pm from thier office from home thank you all ...
They don't answer their phone, they don't know what they are doing, extremely rude. I flew from Vegas to get my documentation done, did exactly as instructed by them, then they tell me documents are wrong and they can't get it done! I flew from Vegas! They wasted my time and money! Being a Jordanian I expected better treatment or at least a staff that knows what they are doing. Extremely disappointed.
