The salesperson (Sandi) is super friendly and helpful...and the shoes will literally preserve your feet and make them feel supported and happy. I went in for one pair of sandals but joyfully left with two. (Shoes can be mailed to your house with no shipping cost if they don't have your exact color/size in the shop. Love that.) #happyfeet
Within a couple of days, the issues with the leather had gone, and quite frankly, within a few weeks, the pain I'd started to have in recent months from plantar fasciitis went away. These shoes were 100% worth the investment, and I was very happy I went I bought them at The Walking Company
Although I do not quite like the service here the shoes are the best. I do not have a single pair that has a flaw.
In fall 2012, I went into this store looking for the best walking shoes possible prior to a European trip. I was amazed by the electronic sizing system, that displayed exactly what was happening with my feet. The sales person directed me to the best shoes for walking (ECCO Biom Walk). I wore them on the way home, and the creases in one shoe was digging into my feet. I called and they suggested a way to soften them (which I didn't) and even offered my money back after my trip, no matter how much I'd used them.
