It has great shoes and other ratings but I am looking to pay more to get the same set of shoes somewhere else bc they pissed me off so badly. I went in several weeks ago to look at what they have and then went to Nordstrom. I went back and told the owner (and he recognized me and had been friendly before) that I had narrowed it down to one here and one in Nordtsrom but was leaning to this bc of the color but wanted to make sure it was comfortable. The first size was to big so we went down a half a size but I stretched up on my tip toe to make sure it didnt cut across my food the same way as the larger size. Right as I stood up on my toes the guy screamed in the most grating voice possible. "Dont bend them unless you plan to buy" As much as I wanted those shoes I got so angry, I debated and then finally left. FIRST, people are not going to drop 700 dollars on shoes they have to walk around in the store flat-footed on. 2nd, if he is going to be a jerk about wearing his shoes in the store (note I was not trying basketball moves or anything) then he should say "I am so sorry but please dont bend the shoes by standing on your tiptoes bc i have customers who wont buy them if they see the tiniest crease" instead of shouting at me. I even gave him a chance to reccover and say "sorry, I hope that didnt sound harsh" and then when I started to exit the store I could here him complaining to his son about me in front of a customer. What a jerk. May still buy the shoes but if I find them anywhere I will pay more to not patronize his rude business.
They have only great brands, they know what they are doing and give you good advice on picking something that fits the shape of your feet
Treated professionally and very helpful by the owner. Bought four pair of C&J’s over two visits. Even gave me a tin or two of polish to keep them looking good. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and buy again.
