Good store, great downtown location in the heart of many attractions in the Nation's Capitol. However, some things in the environment around are a turn off but overall, great store...worth a shopping visit while here visiting or a District resident.
This was the best Forever 21 I've been too. They had a big variety so their was so much to look through. Some spots were very well organized and cleaned up but others not so much. So much room so you weren't crammed together. I enjoyed this store so much!
