The prices were ridiculously high and the owner was extremely rude. He refused to take responsibilities of his own work and charged extra for jobs needed done because of his own incompetency. There's no customer services.
They might be good for an oil change, or small jobs, but definitely not trustworthy with any major problems.
My car broke down while I was visiting family in DC and they recommended this place to me. The owner was extremely rude, and even though he hardly looked at my car, he insisted that my transmission was ruined and told me that I should just junk my car. I took the car to a transmission specialist and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the transmission. The car is running fine now. I am glad I took it somewhere else.
CAUTION! They will try to rip you off if you don't know much about cars.
If you want good value and good customer service, DO NOT come to this place. There are plenty of other good auto mechanics in the area. We found a good one just a few blocks away.
After being a customer for a couple of years for routine maintenance on our car, Kevin lost a customer when he was incredibly rude and unpleasant to my sister who's car had broken down while visiting from out of town. We suggested getting it towed to 10th street where he refused to look at it, and acted like it was the most insane thing he'd ever heard of to get the car towed to his shop despite the fact that we have been customers for several years. We will be finding a new mechanic who can behave professionally.
They did a good job diagnosing the issue with my car and have a year warranty for all the work related to the fix.
I can't recommend this garage. They over torqued parts on my car when I brought it in for repair and then claimed the work was done properly - essentially not honoring their own warranty.

Me and my friend both had HORRIBLE experience at this place. They messed up fixing both cars and we had to bring our cars to another shop to get them fixed again within 2 months of their services.
