Worst experience of my adult life, Barbara is one of the most rude, sharp, condescending people I have ever met. Charged me over $4000 for minimal damage from my dog who had just moved internationally and was having panic attacks. What could have been easily repaired for a few hundred dollars drained my savings to refurbish the room I immediately vacated. Rosemary was sympathetic but did nothing. DO NOT GO THERE. This is the second time I've posted this review. They had several poor reviews, they erased them all somehow.
