DeAndre went out of his way and bent over backwards to help me out!! Amazing customer service, and he did such a great job helping out multiple people while I was there.
I've been a sprint customer for over 4yrs and never really had any issues with their stores until I went to one of their locations in silver spring and receive the worst experience ever, twice i went to the store in silver spring and their lack of attention to service always priests.
After calling copperate to inform them of such a horrible experience i was refer to this location on Pennsylvania ave se.
Great customer service Zach helped my husband and I transfer from t-mobile and made everything quick and easy. We even got $200 in free accessories per phone when I switched! Awesome experience coming to this store for everything from now on!!

They ran my credit before they figured out my cellphone could not be ported. I sat in the store for 2 hours and erased my phone, just to end up leaving without Sprint service.
