-Food: My friend said his stacked club was good.

The pros:

It was nice put very small didn't care for the hype women on the mics kept screaming couldn't hear the music. Food was okay, drinks was great, I enjoyed myself there but excepted a little more , different sence from the web picture but it was cool

-Location: It's in the heart of downtown historic Anacostia on MLK and close to the Anacostia Metro.

-Noise: The music is so loud you can barely have a conversation. On top of that, they burn incense and it's strong! I had a headache by the end of my visit.

-Music: Although loud, I liked their juke box and beats.

-Service: Although friendly, it's very slow. We ordered a club and crab cake sliders and it took us 1 hour to get our food on a Monday night at 7:30PM. The server didn't notice for awhile and it took 25 minutes to get water.

Sadly, I don't think I'll be back, but do wish them all the luck!

-Service: It's friendly.

-Food: My crab cake was decent, but for the best walk around the corner to Capital Hill Crabcakes. My fries were the worst I've had in DC. They were stale, too chewy, and gross.

Hi..restaurant is nice..ordered the catfish..as fish is my favorite food..ended up with food poisoning due to fish being still raw..tried it a couple weeks later..I know glutten for punishment..ended up with undercooked fish again..

A very nice atmosphere with reasonable price drinks. Great food and live bands. This place just has a weird smell to it.

The cons:

OH, Uniontown Bar and Grill. Even as I type this, I struggle what to write. On one hand, I want to support this business because it's one of the only restaurants in historic Anacostia open for dinner and drinks. On the other hand, as a Yelp Elite, we review places based on service, food, atmosphere, etc. Because of my commitment to the latter, here are my thoughts:

I dropped in here and had an excellent experience! The bartender greeted me as I walked in the door and I took the last available seat at the bar. I had the salmon with collard greens and yellow rice and it hit the spot. The manager told me about a band playing there later that night and I came back and caught the end of their show. It was a really talented gogo band. I loved the music and the energy and met some cool young ladies from DC. Good service, good food, stiff drinks, and dancing...excellent!
